The Valentini Ivan 2T range of fixed frame stone crushers is made up of the following three working widths:1800mm2000mm2300mm2500mm2800mmAll models benefit from a 670mm diameter rotor that is fitted with 35mm tips. Thanks to the tips being retained by ball bearings, this allows them to rotate therefore prolonging their lifespan. The rotor is driven by a heavy duty gear case at both ends. A working depth of up to 19cm is possible in hard ground such as concrete as asphalt. In soft ground depths of up to 35cm are also possible.Extensive use of hard wearing metals including Domex, Hardox & Strenx is used in the construction of all Valentini stone crushers. As a result, this ensures that the machines have a long and reliable working life. As standard, the Ivan is fitted with front and rear hydraulically operated doors on all models. These assist in holding stone in the machine to ensure that it is crushed sufficiently.
