A U-shaped medium vamp with a drawstring, medium platform and machine-stitched suede sole. This anatomical form is extremely supportive and comfortable for all kinds of feet. This shoe is suitable for beginners (if they are well prepared for Pointe work) and advanced dancers , as it is quite supportive yet does allow transition from the demi-pointe to the pointe and back. It is not suitable for a foot with an extreme arch, or one with very short toes without modifications to the shank or vamp.
