It is ideal for obtaining the right texture for each technical colouring Cromatone process. At the same time, it facilitates coverage and colour evening in the tinting processes.APPLICATION OXIBEL ACTIVATING CREAM is mixed in proportion (1 1) with CROMATONE, LUXURY REDS, CROMAXTREM, and (1 2) with SUPERLIGHTENING shades.
